look im not gonna say its gonna be okay but it mgiht still be okay. find something to do all of the time so you can’t get bored and then sad. maybe reading. maybe jogging. maybe work. maybe relationship. maybe start a band with your friend and when you’re not recording or rapping you could be answering emails and taking phone calls and doing marketing stuff. fill up your life schedule with different things that dont make you sad. do things that keep you so busy you dont have time to be sad. weed and tea also help.
